Original work, built together.

Co-productions and residencies with cultural institutions. We bring the method, the platform and the dramaturgy; the institution brings the audience, the venue and — often — the public funding.

What we deliver

Four ways to build original work with an institution.

From full-scale immersive production to co-produced touring work to residencies where we develop the method in dialogue with the institution's artistic direction.

Format 01

Immersive production

Full-scale participatory work — an Elysium-scale production designed and delivered end to end. 800–1 500 participants, dedicated venue.

4–8 week run · 650+ m² venue · site-specific

Format 02

Co-production

Artistic partnership with a theatre, museum, festival or public institution. We bring method and platform; the institution brings venue, audience and often EU or national funding.

12–24 month cycle · shared IP · EU co-funded

Format 03

Residency

Time-bound platform R&D inside an institution. Often includes venue, tech budget and access to the programme. Ideal for developing a new format or testing the AI orchestration in a new context.

6–16 weeks · venue + tech included · non-commercial

Format 04

Toolkit licensing

When an institution wants to run its own production on our platform — with our support through design, launch and first season. Their story. Their audience. Our engine underneath.

Ongoing licence + delivery support · multi-season

Who we work with

Built for programmers and producers, not marketing departments.

Our studio conversations start with people who commission original work and hold artistic decision-making — inside institutions and inside funding bodies.

If you are an artistic director or programmer at a theatre, festival, museum or cultural centre — we work as a co-producing partner. You know your audience and your context; we bring the method and the delivery capacity.

If you are a producer at a public institution considering commissioning an immersive or participatory format — we have done this at every scale, from a 20-person residency to a 5 000-person festival to touring theatre for Riksteatern.

If you are a public funding officer looking to invest in the intersection of art, technology and civic participation — we are EU-funded, Kulturbryggan-represented and LAGI-recognised. We know how to write a strong application, and we deliver what we propose.

How we engage

From first conversation to opening night.

Cultural production timelines are longer than launch marketing. Our engagement cycle respects that — we build the funding case with you, not around you.

Step 01 · Month 1–3

Concept & funding

Artistic concept, funding strategy, co-application to public funders. Delivered as a short paid pre-production before commitment on either side.

Step 02 · Month 4–9

Design & development

Story architecture, scenography, AI dramaturgy design. Prototype testing where possible. Aligned with the institution's programming calendar.

Step 03 · Month 10–14

Production

Cross-disciplinary build — narrative, tech, venue integration, cast. Freelance production bench activated. Public preview series before opening.

Step 04 · Run

Season & iterate

Live operation through the season. AI-driven adjustments each night. Audience data, artistic evaluation and touring potential assessment.

Planning your 2027 or 2028 season?

Cultural co-productions need long lead times. If you are considering commissioning an immersive or participatory format, the conversation should start 12–18 months out.
